1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to phjoly, an online gaming platform operated under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing, registering for, or using the phjoly website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phjoly Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time. phjoly reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phjoly. By creating an account on the phjoly Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account on the phjoly Platform. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 in accordance with Philippine law. phjoly takes age verification seriously and employs industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the age and identity of all registered users. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that all information you provide during the registration process is accurate, complete, and truthful.

phjoly reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or government-issued national ID card. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by phjoly may result in the suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any funds held in your account balance.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To use the phjoly Platform, you must create a user account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Philippine Peso). You must provide only one set of registration details and may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify phjoly customer support.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The phjoly Platform is intended solely for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users located outside the Philippines are prohibited from registering for or using the Platform. phjoly employs geolocation technology to verify user location and may restrict access to the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions. Attempts to circumvent geolocation restrictions through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other technical means are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, phjoly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any content provided therein. All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, software, and other content, are owned by or licensed to phjoly and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the phjoly Platform agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of phjoly or other users. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during the registration process or at any time thereafter;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing any other person to use your account;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform or any software or systems operated by phjoly;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or phjoly staff members;
• Using offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language in any communication on the Platform.

Any violation of this Section 3.2 may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

phjoly accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is ₱50,000, subject to change at phjoly's discretion. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours to reflect in your phjoly account balance.

phjoly does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in the event of a technical error on the Platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your phjoly account at any time, provided that your account is fully verified, you have met all applicable wagering requirements, and your account balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise specified by phjoly or requested by you. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours; bank transfers are processed within 1-3 business days.

phjoly reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal request. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days of the request may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request and return of funds to your phjoly account balance.

phjoly reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to decline withdrawal requests that phjoly reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

phjoly is committed to preventing money laundering and other financial crimes. All users are required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. phjoly reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. This requirement is in place to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activity.

5. Betting Rules and Game Terms

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phjoly Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. Game rules and betting market rules are displayed within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules and agree to be bound by them.

phjoly reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in violation of these Terms, is placed using fraudulent or stolen funds, is placed as a result of a technical error or system malfunction, or is otherwise deemed by phjoly to be invalid. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance. phjoly's decision to void a bet is final and binding.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets offered on the phjoly Platform are subject to the general rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. All bets are accepted on the basis that the result is determined by the official governing body of the sport or competition in question. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the phjoly Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and video poker, are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by live dealers using physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels. phjoly does not control the outcome of any game and makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any game.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer or game-specific terms, the maximum payout on any single bet or game round is ₱10,000,000 (ten million Philippine Pesos). Any winnings in excess of this amount will be forfeited. phjoly reserves the right to impose lower maximum payout amounts on specific games, betting markets, or promotional offers.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

phjoly may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to users (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are published on the Platform at the time the Bonus is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms. Failure to comply with Bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus. phjoly reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other users to meet wagering requirements, using automated systems or bots to clear bonuses, or engaging in any other conduct that phjoly determines in its sole discretion to constitute an attempt to unfairly exploit Bonus offers. Any user found to be engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended or terminated.

7. Responsible Gaming

phjoly is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. phjoly provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and access to professional counseling resources.

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time by contacting phjoly customer support. Once a deposit limit is set, it will remain in effect until modified or removed by the user. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your phjoly account or place any bets. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting phjoly customer support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

phjoly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or as required by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination of your account, all outstanding bets will be voided and your account balance, less any amounts owed to phjoly, will be returned to you in accordance with phjoly's standard withdrawal procedures.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting phjoly customer support. Upon closure of your account, you will no longer have access to the Platform and any unused Bonuses will be forfeited. You remain responsible for any outstanding liabilities on your account at the time of closure.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The phjoly Platform and all content, games, and services provided therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, phjoly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

phjoly does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phjoly is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

In no event shall phjoly's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount of funds deposited into your phjoly account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phjoly Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of phjoly or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phjoly.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the phjoly Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phjoly, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phjoly customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
